exercise a full inner linux guest that commits and reads back ext4 data while retaining its in-memory workload identity across restore, forks, and a second generation. include the runtime split-irqchip profile from former #167 and retain separate evidence for the standalone and microsandbox configurations. qualification records do not promise cross-host migration or external filesystem/network recovery.

merge order: #156 → #155 → #158 → #159 → #160 → #162 → #169 → #168. linux arm64 groundwork remains separately in draft #164 and is not required for this release.

Combine the inner Linux filesystem workload and runtime split-irqchip profile into one qualification harness. Preserve capture, fresh restore, fork, second-generation, and bounded boot evidence from PRs 165 and 167.
Read the saved record through the block device before the next write can replace stale restored contents. The previous iteration left clean data cached, which could hide an incorrect disk restore.
Add an optional two-worker CPU load profile while retaining the existing timer, disk and workload identity checks. Document the Hyper-V firmware prerequisite for Intel Windows qualification.
Publish shared atomic counters from each nested worker and make the standalone fixture build carry the busy profile into the inner kernel command line. The CLI qualification checks both counters alongside disk and timer progress.
Include both inner worker counters in the sustained restore observation window. A stopped worker now fails qualification even when the main disk and timer loop continues, matching the existing CLI test.
