Reviewed commit 915445a. The build and runtime dependencies match upstream metadata, and both builds generate the expected django-storages[boto3] capability. Release 1.14.6-2 clears the existing Obsoletes cutoff, and the historical changelog is restored.
EL9 and EL10 scratch builds and repoclosure pass in Jenkins run #10841. Local spec expansion, XML parsing, and diff whitespace checks also pass. No changes requested.

Restore
django-storagesfor EL9 and EL10 and package itsboto3extra for S3-compatible storage consumers.This is the packaging prerequisite for the Pulpcore metapackage in #3189. Splitting the two packages lets each scratch build and repoclosure run independently.
