Complete the torchvision 0.10.0 release metadata and resume development at
0.10.0.9000, with an empty development NEWS section above the published release notes.Fix installed vignette links and the Cityscapes directory diagram so the PDF manual builds. Internal changes exclude local test reports from source packages and isolate missing-file tests from existing dataset caches. Package runtime code is unchanged from main.
The published v0.10.0 release points to the CRAN submission commit,
e6ef7cd.Validation: local macOS
devtools::check(remote = TRUE, manual = TRUE)with tests enabled and Windows R-devel both finished with 0 errors, 0 warnings, and 0 notes. All 7 reverse dependency checks completed with 0 new problems and 0 failed checks. The development version and NEWS headings were verified, and all 65 R source files retain the same parsed runtime code as main.Refs #345. Use a merge commit to preserve the release commit in main's ancestry.
