Enhance SQL Nexus to check an additional folder \SharedOutputFiles under the output for files to import

This would be helpful for future SQL LogScout All Instance scenario where files are spread to instance specific folders

\output
  |-SharedOutputFiles
  |-Instance1
  |-Instance2
  ...

SQL Nexus will be pointed to look at the subfolder Instance1 to do an import. And the SharedOutputFiles will be a level up (sibling to it). So we have to ask SQL Nexus to look for a sibling folder of the instance folder...
