For any subsequent push to s1-02-merge-closeout, this job stops at python -m py_compile "$script": the reviewed tree contains only .finalize-merge-state.cpython-312.pyc, while a repository-wide search finds no tracked .finalize-merge-state.py. The trigger hard-codes s1-02-merge-closeout, a four-part branch name, even though this repository limits branch names to at most three hyphen-separated words. Rename this branch and the matching checkout/push references consistently so the closeout automation follows the repository's required branch convention.
