Combines the reviewed transaction-pooling runtime with the existing combined-runtime deployment candidate, preserving gateway authentication, packaged-layer deployment, verified CloudFront routing, and ECS Exec utilities. This candidate enables exact-source CI qualification without introducing unrelated runtime upgrades. Pooling adds no schema migrations; direct database connectivity remains available for session operations and rollback.
