[WSO2 Cloud] [Refactoring] Move unported features to src/unported and flatten the app shell to Cloud

Description

This PR covers steps 3 and 4 of the refactoring plan: Move unported features and App shell.

Cloud behaviour remains unchanged, except for a few URLs that previously led to broken, stub-backed screens and now redirect to the relevant home page (listed below). The WIP build still type-checks and builds, but its WIP-only navigation has been removed.

Move unported features (Commit 1)

• Moved features that the Cloud BFF doesn't support yet (their API calls are still ni() stubs) into src/unported/, preserving the existing directory structure.

  • 79 pages: Cloud-hidden pages, routed pages backed by stubs (access control, delivery insights, RAG, scaling, and external CI), and unrouted Alerts/Metrics pages.
  • 227 supporting files: Components, hooks, utilities, constants, and assets used only by those pages, along with 20 utility tests.

• Used git mv to preserve file history, with changes limited to import paths. At this stage, the Cloud and WIP production bundles were identical, chunk for chunk.

• Added an ESLint rule preventing live code from importing from src/unported/. Unported code can still import live code.

• Deleted the unrouted and unused PrivacyPolicy page.

Flatten the app shell (Commit 2)

• Routes

  • Replaced 17 Cloud-hidden route blocks with three catch-all routes for org, project, and integration levels. Unknown or retired URLs now redirect to the relevant home page instead of rendering a blank screen.
  • Removed routes that were only reachable by URL and led to stub-backed screens: RAG, external CI, scaling, role/group details, and integration-level access control. These URLs now redirect.
  • Removed all remaining imports of src/unported/ from live code.

• Navigation

  • Simplified navigation to a single Cloud nav tree with 30 entries, removing the hidden-ID lists and forCloud() filter.

• App layout

  • Removed WIP-only sidebar sections and header items, including Copilot, Upgrade, Feature Preview, and External CI.
  • Removed the org-switch menu, which could no longer be opened.

• Settings

  • Removed WIP-only settings sections, leaving only those available in Cloud.

• Moved to src/unported/

  • Copilot, UpgradeButton, Feature Preview, and useExternalCi.
  • Removed the inactive "Ask Copilot" action from the AI Integration Builder.

• Kept intentionally

  • /change-password and its ProtectedRoute redirect remain so WIP local login can still enforce a required password change. They'll be removed alongside WIP authentication in a later step.

Not included in this PR

Dead code identified during this work that was already unused before these changes—such as mock data, LoginForm, PageHeader, and unused nav.ts exports—will be removed in a separate cleanup commit as part of the later steps.
