v5.5.2 collects coverage in parallel workers and shards, and its Docker workers give the host PHP settings as their php.ini (wp-cli/wp-cli-tests#423). The other updates are dev dependencies pulled along by composer update wp-cli/wp-cli-tests --with-dependencies. Nothing that ships in the Phar changes.
