Summary

Promotes the completed selective promo/DLC unlocker to the repository's production master branch and prepares the first public release.

This replaces the original broad unlock-everything behavior with the validated selective entitlement implementation developed through Tests 1–8.

Production behavior

The final hook grants only exact discontinued content OnlineUnlocker offers:

Validated in-game controls remain locked/earned normally, including driver level, career/stage, boss rewards, challenge medals, multiplayer objectives and Autolog recommendations. Time Savers, XP/profile grants, VIP/demo flags and olp_* online-pass entitlements are not force-granted.

• Added bug-report and pull-request templates
• Polished production CI build and versioned build artifacts
• Added automated GitHub release publication for the version in VERSION
• Kept the implementation documented as the future reference component for The Run Definitive Edition

Release

Merging this PR to master will trigger the release workflow. If v1.0.0 does not already exist, CI will build Release x86, calculate SHA-256, create the v1.0.0 GitHub release and attach NFSTR_SelectiveUnlocker.asi plus its checksum file.
