fix: load built image into docker image store before push - #38

With a docker-container buildx builder as default, 'docker buildx build' without --load leaves the image only in the build cache, so the subsequent 'docker push' fails with 'tag does not exist'.

nova app installfails withtag does not existwhen the default buildx builder uses thedocker-containerdriver (e.g. a custom multi-platform builder). Without--load, the build result only stays in the build cache, so the followingdocker pushhas no local image to push. This adds
--loadtoBuildImage. With the defaultdockerdriver,--loaddoesn't change anything.--copy-image(BuildImageOCI) andBuildAndPushMultiPlatformalready set an explicit output and are not affected.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
