Create types/model or similar feature to expose definitions #387

We currently depend on the sev crate because we want to use the IdBlock and IdAuth structs and their parsing infrastructure. However, this requires us to depend on the openssl feature (and hence crate) as well, which is both slow and fragile. Could you expose a more lightweight, alternative way to depend on these structs? Alternatively, a type definition crate could be an option.
