tsdown 0.23 removed deps.skipNodeModulesBundle; the option was silently ignored, so declaration builds inlined node_modules .d.ts files and failed with MISSING_EXPORT. deps.neverBundle: true externalizes every bare package import, which also covers the previous @batijs/@codegraft/@types patterns.

tsdown reads package.json while resolving each build's config. Boilerplates without typed files rewrote it concurrently (removeTypes), so a build could read a truncated file and fail with "Unexpected end of JSON input" (seen on @batijs/google-analytics).
