feat(eve): group progress artifacts by root turn

Summary

Related to #1673. This stacked internal PR adds one bounded progress-group identifier so every local, nested, remote, synchronous, and background descendant retains the root turn whose channel artifact owns its activity. The value is propagated through existing dispatch and runtime context boundaries; no channel renders it in this PR.

This split keeps distributed identity propagation separate from Slack provider effects.

Validation

Focused coverage verifies canonical wire admission, local child inheritance, remote request propagation, structural projection, authored-report grouping, and plain/task dispatch. TypeScript and invariant checks pass.
