In Pixiv you can paginate through bookmarks by page number, e.g. /users/12345678/bookmarks/artworks?p=5, but as far as I know with user_bookmarks_illust we can't ask for a specific page, neither define a page size but that's secondary.
My question is if this is posible to do otherwise, and if not, it would be convinient to have a param for page number, page size can be fixed 30 illusts per page.
PD: Does any one knows how many people works in this project? Would be nice to look for a good base of supporters.
