Conversation
Adds the [Unreleased] entries of the pull requests merged after #114, taken from their "Changelog entry" sections, and corrects the sentences of [Unreleased] that later pull requests made wrong (the terminal menu, main.py as the way to start downloads and the web app, watch_events.jsonl, the config sections not used yet, FETCH_ONLY_FINISHED in planning).

Changelog bookkeeping after the batches:
CHANGELOG.mdonly (the repository has noCHANGELOG.tr.md). It adds the[Unreleased]entries of the pull requests merged after #114, from #115 to #156 (the newest merged one when this was written), and corrects the sentences of[Unreleased]that later pull requests made wrong.[Unreleased]stays[Unreleased]; the release pull request turns it into a version. Each entry is the text under "Changelog entry" of its pull request, with the pull request number at the end in the file's style. Plan ids (FE-2b, FX-13, FX-14a, FX-19) became pull request numbers, and module paths were left out where an entry named them (#116, #127). Two entries were adjusted where a later pull request had already changed what they say: #124 (where a follow added through the API is kept, changed by #156) and #126 (
restoreonly as a check, a real restore came with #152). #117's entry described the terminal menu's match file analysis, which #131 removed; it now says what remains for a user. #119's sentence "--weband the menu are unchanged" was dropped (#125 and #131 changed both). #128's "missed times are not repeated" now carries #155's catch-up rule foreverytasks.Pull requests considered
parquetentry#141, #142, #144, #150 and #151 were closed without merging.

Wording against the code was checked where a sentence was corrected (log line languages, where
ssc exportwrites the wide CSV, the read-only data selection in the follow editor, ssc status --coverage), not for every new entry, which are the pull requests' own texts.
