…nked Convert the 10 recently-published changelog entries to root-relative doc links (per Mintlify guidance) and point each at the most specific heading instead of the page top. Also fixes a broken target on the MQ failure-statuses entry (the get-details... path did not exist; now points at /merge-queue/reference/merge#post-getmergequeuetestingdetails). Extend the link cleanup to previously-published entries: de-absolute all docs.trunk.io links, fix two broken paths (infrastructure-failure-protection was missing /detection/; threshold-monitor -> failure-rate-monitor#preview-panel), and deep-link linear-improvements to #field-defaults.
