Running locally:

• Put your token in deploy/dev/txstat.env (GETBLOCKIO_ETH_TOKEN key);
• Run make devup to start docker-compose;
• Run curl localhost:8080/stats/exchange/top and wait for response;
• Run make devdown to shut down;
