With the AI panel open at desktop widths, the board toolbar compressed Ask AI into two lines and overlapped Timeline. Allow its groups to wrap within the available board pane, keep Ask AI intact, and let search shrink with its wrapper. The product patch changes seven class lines in KanbanBoard.
Verification: the original compiled 1280px AI-open case reproduces the overlap, while the mobile control passes. The repaired bundle passes seven geometry/hit-testing cases from 640px through 1280px, including a long board title, plus six existing AI draft cases. After integrating the sign-out fix, three fresh geometry cases pass on the final combined compiled app at 1280px, 640px and mobile 390px. The combined app/API suite passes 989/989, with types/lint/build passing; exact-head CI is required before merge into
