Pulls in CLI security fixes transitively via cli v1.7.2's go.temporal.io/server v1.31.1 bump. Clears thrift, x/crypto, x/net, Go stdlib findings flagged on the bundled CLI binary in temporaliotest/server and admin-tools images for the 1.29 line. Mirrors v1.31.1 cli bump pattern.
