Preps the bench sub-package for its first npm publish:
filesallowlist (ships only src/ — 275kB packed, not the 2.2G bench dir), parent depfile:..→^0.78.0, bumps agent-eval/sandbox,publishConfig.access=public. After merge, a one-timenpm publishfrom bench/ creates the package; future publishes can use OIDC trusted publishing.
