Summary

• bump @tangle-network/agent-runtime to ^0.79.3 / >=0.79.3
• bump @tangle-network/agent-eval to ^0.100.0 / >=0.100.0
• update create-agent-app defaults and install docs
• classify --radius-md as an intentional theme invariant so the composer refactor release passes the token contract
