Feature request: support `axum_extra::routing::Resource`

Hello!
Just want to say this crate is absolutely great. This is how writing OpenAPI specs should be.

axum_extra::routing::Resource is super ergonomic, so I'm wondering if there's interest in supporting that in this crate. If so, I'd be happy to submit a PR. I guess to mirror the axum API, I'd just create a new wrapper called ApiResource.

Thoughts?
