Select the impersonation target before client_email.
Token keeps the service-file client_email and separately sets impersonation_uri for target_principal. The default sign_blob path uses service_account_email, so it currently builds the request for the source account instead of the target.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick win
Fix the precedence test to assert the correct identity.
This test locks in client_email over the impersonation target. The impersonation target determines the identity that sign_blob signs as. The test therefore accepts the wrong identity. Assert the URI-derived email instead, as in the existing review comment on iam.py.
As per the learning, tests for identity-sensitive operations must assert the field that determines the resulting identity.

Thanks! LGTM, I just applied some lint fixes.
Fixes #954
Summary
When using impersonated credentials (such as an \impersonated_service_account\ credential file or an authorized user credential configuring a \ arget_principal\ / \impersonation_uri), \IamClient\ previously raised a \TypeError\ during _init_\ because it only checked for \Type.GCE_METADATA\ and \Type.SERVICE_ACCOUNT.
Additionally, \IamClient.service_account_email\ looked solely at \self.token.service_data.get('client_email'), which is not populated for impersonated credentials. This resulted in \sign_blob\ failing because \service_account_email\ was \None.
