Build Intel and AMD KVM support into the Windows guest kernel so explicitly enabled nested virtualization can use /dev/kvm.
This was referenced Oct 8, 2026
Use the latest 6.12 stable kernel so the freshness gate can run the nested virtualization firmware builds. All 39 common and TEE patches apply to the updated source.

windows x86-64 guests need intel and amd kvm in their kernel to run inner vms. enable both and update the kernel pin to linux 6.12.112. the common and tee patches retain their existing application order.
this is the firmware prerequisite for superradcompany/libkrun#155 and the consolidated superradcompany/microsandbox#823, which pins this firmware revision. merge this before the final microsandbox integration. firmware configuration does not itself choose the host nesting default or implement snapshot transport.
