Expand Sume CLI documentation

Summary

• add a full Sume CLI docs section covering install/update, authentication, configuration, command reference, jobs/assets, generation workflows, MCP, agent skills, troubleshooting, and security
• update the sidebar so the CLI docs are discoverable from the public docs navigation
• fix mobile overflow in docs content/table layouts found on the CLI authentication page

• inspected current Sume CLI command implementations and README/agent skills in /Users/huhchaewon/sume/sume-cli
• used Railway docs CLI pages as an IA/depth reference only; no copied Railway content

Notes

• docs target current SumeLabs/sume-cli behavior around v0.1.11/main; some very recent CLI source changes still require the normal CLI release path before all users receive them
• no edits were made to SumeLabs/sume-cli
