Remove Korean docs localization

Summary

• remove Korean docs content, /ko routes, sidebar data, language switcher, and locale middleware
• simplify docs navigation/search/layout UI to English-only
• update docs canonical/LLM/sitemap URLs from docs.sume.so to docs.sume.com

Validation

• pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
• pnpm exec prettier --write
• pnpm tsc
• pnpm build
• pnpm exec prettier --check
• git diff --check
• local production smoke on http://localhost:3012: /, /public-api, /api/cookbook, /api/reference => 200; /ko => 404

Note: local install/build emitted the existing Node engine warning because this machine is using Node v25.2.1 while package.json declares Node 20.
