…fix) PR #535 (d295dff) changed evm/evm-rpc/src/rpc.ts — trace_block now passes block.number instead of block.hash and fails early when traces are missing for any transaction — but shipped without a change description, so `rush change --verify` fails and the fix would not bump/publish.
