FIT to CSV Processor

Converts Garmin FIT files to cleaned CSV. Extracts timestamp, distance, altitude, speed, GPS position, and heart rate. Groups by timestamp and averages values.

Quick Start

git clone https://github.com/spyroslontos/fit-csv-processor.git && cd fit-csv-processor
pip install -r requirements.txt && python server.py

Open http://localhost:8000

Command Line

python fit_processor.py -i file.fit -o output_folder

Parameters:

• -i, --input: Input FIT file path
• -o, --output_folder: Output folder for CSV
• --selected_records: Fields to extract (default: record, timestamp, distance, enhanced_altitude, enhanced_speed, gps_accuracy, position_lat, position_long, speed, heart_rate)
• --rounded_timestamp_seconds: Round timestamps to N seconds (default: 0)
• --remove_empty_rows: Remove entries with any missing data (NaN)
