Automatically request review from @rimunagala and @vaibhavhd whenever a public PR changes anything under
tests/generic_config_updater/**.What changed
Reviewer-index configuration only — no GCU code or test changes, and no unrelated reviewer-index regeneration.

The existing
/.git: IGNOREentry is left untouched..github/.code-reviewers/pr_reviewer-by-files.ymlChanged only the
/tests/generic_config_updater/mapping:No other path or reviewer mapping is modified.
Why
.inf.infpins these two as the top-ranked reviewers for the GCU folder regardless of commit-count heuristics, so auto-assignment is deterministic.
