This commit expands on existing functionality of SourceNodeRepository by applying a WHERE filter on applicable methods. The packages to be filtered for can be specified with the new property 'packagesWhitelist' in Setup.properties, taking into account the Cypher RegEx style.
Also contains some style improvements
