This file was failing with syntax error which appears to be broken since Immediate-Mode-UI@0639685 I suspect none of the Windows-specific demos were actually tested. Refs: Immediate-Mode-UI#937
Adds CI workflow for all Windows-specific demos that require MSVC. Because each build.bat hardcodes path to the same MSVC toolchain, the workflow uses arch:x86 and toolset:14.0 for compatibility. Refs: Immediate-Mode-UI#895
