Optimize mobile scrolling experience

Context

The experience while scrolling the site on mobile devices I feel gets hurt at the moment to scroll over the CTA with the background image, maybe cause the image is too heavy we need to ensure smooth scrolling experience on every device especially mobile devices. This may happen only on my device but let's take advantage of this ticket to test in few physical devices and ensure everything work as expected

I'm waiting to have a little more of battery on my phone and download an app to record what I see when I visit the site. I will upload a screen record later.
