What

Adds a requirements page for Talos Containers to the v1.14 and v1.15 docs.

Why

Talos Containers run only on machines that meet specific version, cluster, and image requirements, and users need these before the tutorial.

Change

  • Machine requirements: Talos version, cluster membership, disk space, and optional user volumes.
  • Image and registry requirements: architecture, registry access, and signature policy.
  • The talosctl version and the minimum role for each operation.
  • A note that Docker-based test clusters ignore CPU and memory limits.
  • The v1.15 copy notes that container status resources and dashboard support need Talos 1.15.

Part of #881

Testing

  • Ran: checked each requirement against the Talos source on release-1.14 and main.
  • Filled from outside the page: none.

Add a requirements page for Talos Containers to the v1.14 and v1.15
docs. It lists what the machine needs (Talos version, cluster
membership, disk space, optional user volumes), what the image and
registry need (architecture, registry access, signature policy), the
talosctl version and the minimum role for each operation, and that
Docker-based test clusters ignore CPU and memory limits.

The v1.15 copy notes that container status resources and dashboard
support need Talos 1.15.
