What changed in this PR
This PR documents subscription proxy configuration for Semaphore UI’s license-server requests, with examples in English and ten translations.
Changes:
- Adds JSON and environment-variable examples for proxy endpoints and authentication.
- Explains supported schemes, request scope, environment fallback, and offline licensing.
- Adds proxy settings to the configuration reference and revises port and task-directory descriptions.
