Adds the AdventureLog v0.13.1 — Cadillac changelog from the changes on
developmentsincemain(v0.13.0), and lists it in the docs sidebar and page SEO metadata.The notes cover duplicate location detection, date and time preferences, collection ZIP and PDF export, account security and settings, AdventureLog Cloud billing, maps and world data, the Svelte 5 / DaisyUI 5 / Tailwind CSS 4 frontend refresh, Easypanel docs, and translation updates.
