Add support for cross-compiling (e.g. Android build from Windows build host) #15

This came up in sackosoft/zig-luajit#22

Reproduce the issue:
Go to the simple-repl example project and run zig build -Dtarget=arm-linux-android, it will fail due to windows path separators being interpreted as escape sequences somewhere in the bowls of dynasm.
