install/pethost.md, a page for the Pethost one-click template, with its button, a row in the overview and a line in the navigation.Tested on Pethost: the template (RomM 5 and MariaDB 11.8, one volume on
/romm) deployed,/api/heartbeatanswered and the setup wizard opened.
