Removes [esbuild](https://github.com/evanw/esbuild). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@vitejs/plugin-react](https://github.com/vitejs/vite-plugin-react/tree/HEAD/packages/plugin-react). These dependencies need to be updated together.
