[release-2.1] fix: remove guest auth from Intelligent Assistant flavour

Description

Backport of #3728 to release-2.1.

The default-enabled Intelligent Assistant flavour adds a guest-auth provider with a fixed next tag. If an instance configures the same provider with a different OCI tag, both entries survive the operator merge and install-dynamic-plugins fails with Duplicate OCI plugin configuration before the backend starts.

Remove the guest-provider entry from the flavour and regenerate its bundle and installer manifests. Authentication plugin selection remains with the instance configuration. The provider is already available in RHDH 2.1's dynamic-plugins.default.yaml, disabled by default.

• Generated manifests updated and checked against the source configuration
• Documentation: no user-facing configuration syntax changes

How to test changes / Special notes to the reviewer

• go test ./pkg/model -run 'Test(MergeDynamicPlugins|GetEnabled.*Flavours|Flavours)' -count=1
• make bundles build-installers
• Verify the source, bundle ConfigMap, and consolidated installer contain the same two Intelligent Assistant plugin entries and no guest-provider entry in that flavour.
• Cluster E2E validation is pending. Reproduce with OPERATOR_DP_PROCESSING=false, the default Intelligent Assistant flavour, and a user-configured guest provider using a bs_* tag; plugin installation should no longer receive the flavour's second guest-provider entry.
