Closing this PR in favor of #2612, which consolidates all RHIDP-15908 documentation for the 2.1 / Llama Stack removal work into a single PR against release-2.1.

Nothing from this PR is lost:

• con-ai-reference-and-tool-calling-capabilities-through.adoc — the improvements from this PR (tighter component lists, cleaner phrasing, the {lcs-name} ({lcs-short}) spacing fix) have been ported into RHIDP-15908: [Lightspeed] Remove Llama Stack API and config dependencies #2612. The abstract was kept in the "Review… to plan…" form to comply with the abstract style guide (avoiding the "You can…" opener).
• con-architecture-for-your-ai-backend-deployment.adoc — superseded by the more complete 2.1 rewrite in RHIDP-15908: [Lightspeed] Remove Llama Stack API and config dependencies #2612, which establishes {lcs-short} as the exclusive integration layer and documents Llama Stack as an internal, non-customer-facing detail.

Keeping both PRs open would cause a guaranteed merge conflict on the architecture module, so consolidating into #2612 is the cleaner path.
