…atch Expose combined `__annotations__` (and `__annotate__` on Python 3.14+) on composed functions, matching toolz#634. Parameter annotations come from the first function applied and the return annotation from the last, the same view as `__signature__`. Copy the new toolz tests (`get_in` defaults, `dissoc`'s size heuristic, `merge`'s kwarg error, `test_package.py`). Keep cytoolz-specific edits to copied tests in `copytests.patch`, which `make copytests` re-applies after copying so they aren't silently dropped; `make testpatch` regenerates it. Simplify the Makefile's copy targets while here. Fix the `Compose.__module__` typo (`cytooz` -> `cytoolz`).
Add 3.13t, 3.14t, 3.15, and 3.15t to the test matrix and bump the CI Cython pin to 3.3.0, the first release with 3.15 wheels. Install with `--no-build-isolation` so the matrix's Cython version is the one that actually builds the extensions. Update GitHub Actions pins (cibuildwheel v4.2.1, which builds 3.15 wheels by default but drops 3.13t and the `cpython-freethreading` option) and pre-commit hook versions, matching toolz. Add codespell and `name-tests-test` hooks, and let dependabot group action updates. Add the 3.15 classifier and a `test` dependency group, now used by CI and cibuildwheel in place of the `test` extra. Fix a few typos.
