Puppet module Localization
One place you can submit your pot file for localization is Transifex.
Create an account, then a project folder. Make sure you specify that your module is an open source project. There is no charge for hosting your source content.
Upload your .pot file and specify what language to translate it to.
You can request community-sourced localization.
The translator will have to create an account on Transifex in order to contribute to the localization of your .pot file.
