@yarille asked me to create a meeting template page for next month's TSC meeting on 13 October 2026, during this current transition period.

Note: this page lists the seven current TSC members as of today 11 September 2026, and I think that list should be updated if the elections to fill the two empty seats are concluded before the meeting on 13 October 2026.

If I see a public announcement of the two new TSC members before then, I will try to open a very short PR to update that list on this page.

Reviewer's Guide

Adds the 13 October 2026 Presto TSC meeting page, using the repository’s meeting-template structure to capture logistics, participation and policy guidance, placeholders for agenda and discussion items, and the current voting-member attendance roster.
