Following the Discourse discussion, this adds a dedicated Libraries & SDKs section to the Tooling nav and moves oehrpy into it.

Changes

  • mkdocs.yml: new nav entry Libraries & SDKs: tooling/libraries-and-sdks.md, placed right after Developer Tooling.
  • docs/tooling/libraries-and-sdks.md (new): a short intro for the section, followed by the oehrpy entry, which is unchanged.
  • docs/tooling/developer-tooling.md: oehrpy entry removed.

Only oehrpy is moved. Moving other entries, such as the openEHR SDK and Archie, is left for the maintainer review pass that was offered in the thread.

This PR targets docs/add-oehrpy, the branch behind upstream PR openEHR#16, so merging it adds this change to that PR.

Testing

  • zensical build --clean completes with no issues.

As agreed on the openEHR Discourse thread, add a dedicated
'Libraries & SDKs' nav section under Tooling and move the oehrpy
entry out of Developer Tooling into it.
