Codex's go-live review (P1, "reconcile operational instructions and tracker claims") found stale status. Fixed:

• skills/data-platform/SKILL.md: whole-capture comparison, caller replacement and the installed 6,414 Company proof were "open"; now done (Company and Name Frequency read the raw capture (Issue 20 L4) #905, Company mastering proof on installed workers, a reading per bundle slice (Issue 20, 20c parts 4-5) #930). GLEIF reader equivalence and the gleif_source.py deletion are done too (GLEIF read by its contract alone; the older reader retired (Issue 20 L6) #904).
• skills/data-onboarding/SKILL.md, "Unfinished live pipelines": Company preparation "in one process" and the old mapping were listed as open; both are done (Bookkeeping fan-in and census narrowing as configuration (Issue 20, 20c parts 1-2) #928–Company mastering proof on installed workers, a reading per bundle slice (Issue 20, 20c parts 4-5) #930, Person as Bookkeeping steps: read, records, merge (Issue 20 slice 20d) #932, Issue 20 L7: the reading is a contract's one statement of its fields #939). The genuinely open items are now listed:
  • a new run still processes every document it names (ticket 22);
  • mdm.publish reaches only a local contract sink;
  • live SEC capture is parked until the AWS rollout (v0.1.0 docs: park SEC acquisition qualification until AWS rollout #938).
• skills/data-platform/READING.md: two "unfinished" or "part 4" notes updated.
• Ticket 20: slice 20c, its "resumed" part and its "only changed data" part ticked, each with its PRs. What stays open is named: L8 items parked, speed-ups deferred by the operator, and changed data across runs moved to ticket 22.

Docs and ticket only; skill lints pass.
