Updates expired PatternFly Slack invite links on the Community and Contact us pages.
The existing invite currently leads to Slack's "This link is no longer active" page. Other PatternFly.org pages and the site footer already use a working PatternFly Slack invite, so this updates the remaining stale references to use the same invite.

This is similar to the Slack link issue previously addressed in #3364 / #3368.
