Gio.DesktopAppInfo has been moved to GioUnix

Describe the bug
When reviewing the boot logs in the journals I noticed the message listed twice:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Boot computer.
2. Open terminal and run 'journalctl -b' to see the error messages "gnome-shell[1903]: Gio.DesktopAppInfo has been moved to a separate platform-specific library. Please update your code to use GioUnix.DesktopAppInfo instead."

Expected behavior
There should be no error messages related to initializing a Gnome Extension.

Before fixing this, I want to confirm that GioUnix does exist in versions 45~49, otherwise this is going to be a breaking change for what's essentially a deprecation notice. ES6 imports cannot be made conditional as far as I know.

Will keep this issue in mind if GNOME 51 breaks everything.

Looks like the GSConnect project noticed this issue in Jan 2026:

It looks like the error will occur when the extension is initialized and when a new windows is launched. Thank you for your feedback.
