By asking them 😄 There are some tools out there making this process easier, e.g. https://github.com/beberlei/license-manager. I'm not sure (@oyejorge), but does less.php use or adapt code of less.js? If this is the case, less.php even can't change its license until less.js does so...

I doint think so because if it did it would use a js file. Which it doesent.

The code of less.php is based entirely off of less.js. The code was translated file by file into php from js.

Hi isent this file https://github.com/oyejorge/less.php/blob/master/lessc.inc.php based on https://github.com/leafo/lessphp/blob/master/lessc.inc.php for compatibility reasons woulden then that require the dual licence since its based on it and that file is dual lincensed for GPL3 and MIT.
