Stacked on #53. pins.toml (its own commit) records the prebuilt companions voxel expects; the build job now publishes voxel, voxel-init, and the pins.toml-pinned sp-emu (re-exported from its own buildomat series, digest-verified) with sha256 files, so one release directory carries the full trio. #52 rebases onto this to read pins.toml at runtime.
