PR #4294 added TSDB to the devscripts role README, and the spelling check now flags it. That PR never reached the spelling step in CI because the docs build was broken by the Python 3.14 runner issue, so the word slipped through. It is standard Prometheus terminology, so add it to the dictionary instead of rewording the documentation.
